Doesn’t work
I clocked the link for app support before I wrote this review but it doesn’t take me to support. I recorded a couple calls with my mom to see if this worked and it is not working at all. It records but there is silence when played back. Morning there at all. I liked to see if it could be a microphone issue and they don’t even have a request to access my microphone on settings which I don’t know if they are supposed to. But the recordings are not working at all. I would like some help please.

Hello, my name is not important but my problem is, I use to have this app upon my other phone and it worked fine,all I had to do is call a number or let them call me and it will start recording, now I have an iphone and just downloaded the app and it says I have to push a button to record and so the same upon incoming calls as well,it supposed to record any calls without pushing a button. I'm dissatisfied.

I downloaded the app to try and the next day decided to cancel the free trial within the same trial week…. Even after canceling within trial week, I was still charged $9.99, two months in a row, when I originally canceled the app and subscription. I called the customer service number and was not able to get anyone on the phone to assist so I sent an email to the customer support email and someone responded and once I mentioned wanting a refund for those charges-I no longer got a response by email. This must be a scam! I am not happy at all with the false advertisement of a 7day free trial that still charges when not even used and canceled before trial ended.
