Clicked buy now for something that was supposed to be same day shipping, and after the purchase it said it will be delivered tomorrow…

Since updating to 23.8.2 yesterday the app keeps crashing while searching for items and I can’t add anything to my cart for purchase
I received a package with poor packaging
Poor packaging inside. Not padding or any material inside to protect goods. I can’t imagine if Amazon gets rid of cardboard boxes as they want to get more profits for investors instead customer satisfaction I guess and i think it will be worse. Customer Service is Awful
It is rare that I write reviews because usually I have no problems with companies. Amazon lost my package and failed to communicate that to me. They only said that delivery was running late but when I finally spoke to a customer service representative, they told me it was lost. It had been over two weeks since I placed the order and the whole time they just kept changing the delivery date until finally it said the delivery was running late. The order contained items that I needed and so I tried to get it resolved with their AI but that was a dead end. I called their customer service line and the woman was so rude and impatient. I am a young adult and can hear perfectly fine but this woman’s mic was scratchy and far from her face. When I asked her to repeat what she said she was very snippy and annoyed. If Amazon had said they lost the package I could’ve handled the refund on my own through the app but they did not. The woman was extremely rude and when she said my only options were a refund and replacement I asked if my package just wasn’t coming and only then did she say it was lost. Bad attitude, bad customer service, bad communication. Love everything else about Amazon but their are definitely things to improve on.
