Seamless transition
We switched our personal account over to a business account and Amazon pretty much took care of everything. All I had to do was go through the sign in process and I think that’s the best I’ve had yet thanks Jay and Nancy Wilard owners of Jay Willard services.

App refused to allow me to see purchases on my own account. Business account admin is terrible for multiple locations. Also hard to believe but shipping is actually worse when you order through the business account. Deleted and going back to regular prime for occasional purchases. But there are just better deals and companies for b2b than amazon.

The app works very similarly to the consumer version. And works decently well. However, both on the website and the app I find it terribly annoying and frustrating that when I go to search previous orders, the default is “orders paid by you” which shows me nothing since all orders are paid for by the company. I can’t seem to locate any setting that would alter this. I always have to change it to orders paid by our company. In addition, searching for previous orders does not work across the entire inventory of past purchases. You have to specify a particular year. Who the heck can remember the year that something was purchased? This is different from the Consumer app that allows you to search across all time. Is this really a technology backend problem that cannot be solved by a behemoth like Amazon backed by AWS? Especially in business, we do not have time to go hunting and pecking.
