Started using this software for my business about 4 months ago. Setup experience was mixed, but generally went ok. When I had a question, a request to support took about 3 days for a response, an additional week for a meaningful response and sometimes they were able to resolve my needs. When the connection to my bank accounts stopped working, all they could recommend was to delete the old accounts and relink. Unfortunately that simply led to duplication of transactions and still no resolution. Invoicing function is nice and more refined but if you want to do bookkeeping as well, this isn’t the software for you.

I came across this program and of course I wasn’t sure about using it because not to many people knew about it. We have now used it for almost a year and my office ladies and I found it very easy to use it. I’m away from the office most days so using the app on my phone is awesome. Highly recommend it for a small business that don’t want to pay for a high price program for their business.
