App refuses to load AT ALL
I love ThriftBooks.com so this is not a review for the website itself, however the app refuses to work now. All it shows is a spinning icon and used to somewhat load in the home page but will not react to any input. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, same thing. Half a day later, I checked it again and now it’s just a white screen with the spinning icon. Completely unusable.

I would like to get the bonus reward points for purchasing through the App but it’s not working. Tried deleting it, reinstalling it, off/on etc and ir starts to load but spins and spins never fully loading.

I originally started using thrift books as a more affordable way to afford my school texts books. However recently the prices have started getting pricey. A used marked and highlighted biology textbook was nearly $15 more than it cost to get a brand new one!

I’m really happy thriftbooks exists, it’s awesome to have access to affordable books, and in my experience the description of the quality has always been accurate to the book I receive. However, I’ve had many shipping problems, with the books I’ve ordered either going to the wrong location or just not being shipped at all unless I reach out to customer service first (after having already paid). It’s almost like they forget to ship it and you need to remind them lol. Customer service does respond fairly quick and they resolve my issues competently, but it is kind of annoying that it happens so often. Overall love thriftbooks but it could definitely use some improvements.
