After purchasing the membership it’s not downloading anymore than just the first chapter of one book. It says I’m trying to download more than one book when I fact I’m just trying to download the rest of the book. I tried contacting them thru the app but that’s not working either! HELP! either fix it or give me my money back please!!!

هناك مشكلتان في تطبيق الايفون. دائما التطبيق يسجل الخروح من الحساب و احتاج لتسجيل الدخول مع فتح التطليق. الثانية التطبيق نادرا ما يبدأ من حيث توقفت في الاستماع لأي كتاب. هذه المشاكل موجودة منذ سنين و لم تحل و كنت احسب انها قد تم حلها قبل إعادة الإشتراك

Moving around in the app is a bit hard sometimes: especially going back to where i were. Also: some books have sound tracks (repeated music melody) which was very disturbing, for example the book by ahmed fouad Negm. Also: we need to know which books are read by their authors, for example كتاب ابراهيم عيس عن سيرته الذاتية.

اكثر الكتب رويات وقصص وكتب دين نحتاج الى كتب علم الى فيزياء كيماء وباقي العلوم كتب فيها منفعة للمجتمع والبشرية كم كثيرة هي كتب الدين والفلسفة والفقة في المكتبات العربية ولم تطور العرب ولم تخلق سوى الفتن والحروب
