Does not sync with Premium account
I have paid for premium account, but HBR app does not synch the premium account in IPAD. This is disappointing as it defeats the purpose of viewing in tablet
Difficult to log in
I am a subscriber and when I tried logging in, it was difficult to navigate. Also unable to see my entire subscription on the app
Text to speech for articles
All contents are good but, it will be great if app developers think about inclusion of text to speech facility in the app.
Sync issues with other devices and no support
Purchased subscription from app. Subscription is not working on MAC. Support is terrible.
Unresponsive Customer care
Still prefer a pdf type version with an index to ensure I cover all the articles. The customer care team just doesn’t responds. Have written multiple times and on different platforms, but consistently ignored. HBR who publishes materials and guides on best practices falters on a basic expectation.
