Terrible would give negative stars
This app was so bad I would give it negative stars if I could. Had no idea how to use it and every button told me to get a new app or pay. SO BAD!

I wanted to try this out and see if it would suit me, but i couldn’t click out of the “try premium 7 days free then…..” whatever menu, no matter how many times i closed the app. Be more open to people wanting to use it for free.
AustraliaBaggy, clumsy editing, dubious privacy policy
Generally pretty well executed but some parts made me uninstall pretty quickly. Laying out notes is straightforward until you make a mistake. You can’t select a note and drag it to the correct note. You have to switch to select, select the note and then move it. I can live with that. What is irritating is the keyboard icon is next to the select icon and I kept pressing that by mistake. Instead of opening a keyboard editor, it throws you over to the App Store to download a separate app, which although I did not try it out, for all intents and purposes looks to be almost the same app. Why isn’t that feature just built into the one app? The upgrade nag screens are deliberately hard to dismiss and generally very annoying. I can deal with the clumsy editing, but the keyboard throwing you out to the App Store and the nag screens are very much deliberate design choices. Soft pass. The privacy policy isn’t great. They “obtain or infer demographic information”. They also let Facebook or Google to snoop on you if you need to connect to their services through this app for some reason. Hard pass.

You need premium to: > Change the instrument > Change the key > Change the time signature > Add more parts > Change the speed And premium is $10 a WEEK! I can literally place notes. Period.

>Started new project >Placed one note (in the wrong space) >Couldn’t remove it >Exited the project to view the tutorial >Greeted with a subscription request screen that cannot be dismissed, and remains after restarting the app. I spent more time writing this than I was able to in the app.

The only instrument I can find is piano, and I play trumpet, there seems to be no key signatures option and it’s just overall confusing. I can’t even type music.
