why did I pay $10 to buy the app only to login and not have all the features with More money needed monthly for added features when I could have installed it for free and had the same thing with a few ads
Has some issues. Worst for me is it says I'm offline every. single. time I open it. When I contacted their support, they were not at all helpful and ghosted me. The radar quality itself is pretty good with frame options and not too overdone smoothing, but a really cluttered, non-intuitive interface.
Why do I ALWAYS get a message when I open the app that says, "Your device appears to be offline. Retry." This happens every time I open the app. For the record, my device is never offline. I'm connected to gigabit wifi 6, but it also happens on any cellular connection. I press "retry" and it immediately connects. This isn't a new thing either, I've been getting this error for over a year now, but it's been going on for far too long now, and there's still no update to fix this bug.
I've been following storms in other parts of the country and testing different functions so I'm familiar with it when we experience storms in our area. While this app offers many valuable features, they are useless because it keeps crashing. I cannot trust it and will go with another product.
You are paying $10 for an app, that takes you to a subscription page!! $50, $80, $120 DO NOT BUY!!!
