The actual map got nothing to do with the map on the app. You got no idea where U are and/or how to proceed. When you call up a local attraction the only way to get back to the map is to close it and reload. Don't bother logging in with WiFi, works about 10m from the office, after that you are back on your own mobile data. An App that needs a lot of work to be usefull!
UPDATE: Thanks for the great customer service. The app is now working 😊(Tried to install 3 times and the app kept crashing before it even finished opening! Says there's a bug. Such a shame, thought this would be handy on our upcoming visit Update... nope sorry it's still crashing before it opens)
