Ridiculously overpriced!! Lol... it's twice as much as Lyft surge pricing. Who actually uses this app that doesn't work for the company? I tried booking rides on several occasions, from different areas, at different times of the day. I'd rather catch the train than pay these "members" prices. How do you block an app developer so I never see then on my feed again?
Bait and switch. It asks if you are ready to join or just looking around. I wanted to look around to get idea of rates. No dice. It wants a credit card up front. No thank you. That's the trick to fast cash with companies like this. They tell you you won't be charged during a trial period and then they hope you forget to cancel and charge you. Either give a 14 day trial or don't.

Stop the luring tactic!! The service seems great, but feel the app needs revision. Why must I be prompted for my card info before I get all details about the plans or fees for the service??. I am trying to explore the idea to sign up and your website does not detail all costs, only the subscription fees. Also, what is the deal with the 15 mile radius limit? The DFW area is not only across the two countries, should also include the surrounding counties. At least expand the radius to 45 mi.
Force me to sign up for a membership. Then told me I'm out of their service range. Then charge me for the membership.
A ripoff. Used their services for delivery. Lost several orders. Said they would refund me and they didn't. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars.
