This app used to be really good. However, most of my daughter's information has not updated in over a year. Contacted company multiple times and still not fixed. Emailed again.
Horrible customer service. I had to reset my phone and my account disappeared. I tried logging in and but the app didn't recognize. I contacted the developer and provided a receipt of purchase. It's been months since they responded to my initial request.
Does now function since the update on Feb 12,2024
Was working well for a while, but after installing the most recent update, I can't even get past the log in screen. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. When this app isn't crashing it's awesome -- but sadly, it's down more than up lately.
New version works again, but they don't tell you it requires an uninstall and reinstall. Also there is a new login.
After linking a swimmer to "Meet Mobile" the app now crashes and is not responding the same.
Very slow.
