I had ordered from their site 2 necklaces. The 1st one isn't real metal obviously just metal plated and you need a magnifying glass to see the print. The other, the chain would fit a childs neck better & the photo doesnt have a protective sealant, you can feel the photo. There is small chips of photo off on edges. Though dont notice unless you really look. I have to get some sort of sealant like resin or the like so the rest doesnt come off.

Issue with website not let me see my order and tracking my order and is a scamer and would not let me buy anything in the order and took my money no refund just not showing up on my cart or anything
Could not create photo cube and customer service was no help. Emailed them 4 times with no response.
I just bought key chain and photo carriage music box. The quality of photo carriage is quite bad, very cheap looking and all made with plastic. I even received with one photo frame detached. Quality of product is like cheap item you bought from night market. I felt like being cheated. I think price paid is 5 to 6 times higher than price worth.
