The Balducci reward program used to be easy to use and straightforward. Since downloading the app, Ice had nothing but trouble, from setting up an account to using the app to applying coupons. Really disappointing and aggravating.

App is useless. It shows only Safeway stores nearby NOT Balducci's. Also had no way of accessing or changing one's account information. Just goes to a screen to pick a location and doesn't let you do anything else.
