I switched from Verizon which I had for about 20 years probably less but went to AT&T and I've never been so confused in my life I just wish I would have never changed
I called after my phone upgraded and changed things I didn't want changed. 2 hrs first day 2 and half hours 2nd day. Then the assistant said she had to check a couple things and could she call back. I later got a voice mail from her saying it went straight to voice mail when she called. This started on 10/28/2022. Still not straightened out.

Watch the sim card status and watch for counterfeit ads and apps ,some repetive adds contain malware and other malicious software
