Troubleshooting notes:
Huawei devices owners: Battery-saving mode needs to be disabled for Qustodio.
I've already sent a message to qustodio with this concern. I've paid for premium for this app, only to find out after a dangerous situation that my child is able to still use the phone in certain ways whilst it is locked down. They are able to reply to messages and complere phone calls even on bedtime mode when there should be no access to any part of the phone. I should not be paying almost £100 for my child to still be able to gain access. Your app is inheritedly flawed, warning to all parents

BE WARNED: This app littirly hacked my ipad. DONT DOWNLOAD. I would give this 0 stars if i could.
Easy enough to pay. But it defaults to REPEAT BILLING. But to adjust your settings to disable repeat billing, you need to set up a separate account. This in itself is utterly bizarre. Once you have done this, it's extremely cryptic finding the place to adjust your repeat billing settings. It doesn't exist. Just a big red scary 'cancel your membership button. My expectation of pressing CANCEL MEMBERSHIP would be the potentially immediate cancellation of my membership. Misleading. Bad faith. 👎
Never get this app for anybody! Causes so many problems for anyone
this is an excellent app that really works well.
This app is okay, but it falls short in a few areas. Yes it's cross-platform, but you can still access inappropriate content on iPhones (iPhone 7, anyway) through the phone's built-in search engine. You can set time limits just fine, but you can't set up reminders or alerts. When your time is up, you are simply cut off without warning. A message pops up on iPhones, but not on a PC. Do your research before subscribing.
