Can't log in. Can only use wb browser not app. It asked for 2 factor authentication details up but then doesn't give me option to do so.
This app should support women not add additional pain! I've been through septic abortion and tragic miscarriage now and both times I wasn't able to get out of their grief program that automatically triggers once you confirm you lost your baby. You have to jump through hoops to actually get the support ppl to change the program. It's absolutely devastating. I was hoping people would've fixed this on my first report over a year ago however it's still like this. Will not use this app again.
Missed an entire appointment that was hard to get just because the app wouldn't load!
The app works well and the offerings are vast
The app won't connect, and the providers doesn't call you when the online appointment just not happening Update: we finally connected to someone and she helped us find out why the calls doesn't work. But the app is still difficult to use
Right when I need the app, it continues to crash. Uninstalled and installed again and it still won't work - follow up - tried to log in on the website vs app. The app was crashing because I didn't have my phone number in for 2 step verification. Adding my # via the website stopped the app from crashing. Thank you for the quick response tho!
As soon as I put my credentials in the app, it closes. It just won't open when I log in. I loved this app... But now it won't let me access it on my Android (pixel 6).
