They are amazing and extremely professional there. The app is absolutely terrible, and it freezes continually when trying to put in insurance information.
App keeps crashing, close out of it, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still crashing.
Everything is satisfying they are completely great with there service and they take you back to the room when your appointment time comes up they make you wait until it's your appointment time they take really well care of everyone the receptionist and doctors are wonderfully helpful and friendly

I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. EVERYTIME I go, the facility is ALWAYS clean, they're respectful, and we've NEVER had to wait long to be seen treated and released! They know the true UNDERSTANDING OF URGENT CARE, treat, and release quickly!! So EVERYONE, when you come in and they see you quickly, be thankful and keep moving, don't think they're your PCP & are to sit down for 30 mins with you. URGENT CARE is to treat and release you quickly or refer you elsewhere!
