I've been using this product in the Original Book 20 Yrs + APP really Great! Names or Nbs to check, has 1 or 2 Smilies for Good or Very Good, and Grumpies for Bad or Very Bad, Neutral Face for OK. Convenient for Quick Glance OR More INFO. Should add MSG (not just full name & 621)
Good if you need to know what food additives not to have. Bad in the wrong hands but...
7/2022; This app is excellent for nutrition conscious label- readers. I did not know that potassium sorbate was derived from petroleum. This is one example of this superior quality reference. This deacon--with a degree in nutrition--recommends it!
Fantastic app to find out if preservatives are halal or not, ie from non halal animal/insect sources. One suggestion would be to separate the animal product category from the animal byproduct category (eg honey, beeswax, etc.).
I have had this app for years, I love using it when trying to buy healthy food for my family.
