For parents of children with Adventurer or Adventurer 2 devices, the Spacetalk App enables:
- High fidelity video calls - utilising a 5MP camera and a 4G LTE network.
- GPS location tracking – visualised on an interactive map, with location history.
- Talk, text & chat – using a speedy 4G LTE network.
- SOS emergency alerts – be alerted with a call, an SMS and a location update from the app when your child activates the SOS function.
- Create safe contacts – kids only communicate with parent approved phone numbers.
- School mode – parents set up school schedules to keep kids focussed in class.
- Safe zones – parents can create safe zones around known locations and be notified when their child wanders from them.
- Feelings notifications – parents can check in with quick feelings requests.

The Spacetalk App is free for device owners using the provided SIM card in Australia. For device owners using a third-party SIM card, an on-going in app subscription is required.
• Kids, Adventurer1 and Adventurer2 devices monthly subscription:
o AUD$5.99 (up to 2 devices)
o AUD$8.99 (between 3 and 5 devices)
• Life device subscription:
o From AUD$7.99 per month (1, 6 or 12 monthly options available)
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

Accidentally paid the wrong subscription ($214.99 NZD), realized it didn't work for my devices and contacted Google 10 minutes later, they told me only the app developers can process refunds like this, I contacted the app developers, they told me they can't refund me, only Google can, so I went back to Google, they advised I report the app devs as this means they have breached Google policies, and to also leave a bad review of the app and explain my experience. Will change when resolved.
How can I cancel the subscription? I haven't been using it for years but only recently found out that I'm still paying the fee. And it seems impossible to cancel the subscription on Google Play.

New watch microphone faulty after 2 months, bought a new watch and now we have to be locked to spacetalk mobile, completely useless piece of junk, support replying in three days, not sure what happened to this product once was a good high quality customer service don't buy Updated the rating to 3 as we manage after 2 weeks to solve the problem, there is a fee to unlock the watch and it has been waived as the watch we bought in December was faulty, I wish I can rate it more
Got the space talk adventure 2 for my daughter for Christmas. The watch is great and the app is easy to use. I would highly recommend if you want to give your child more independence but keep in contact without resorting to giving them a mobile
