I've been wondering why the guidance lane is sometime orange/amber and sometime turcoise colour? What's the difference? How should I set it to be turcoise colour only?

Not fair, after changing phones igo will not except a restore of previous purchase, and customer care seem to be useless or non existent as they do not respond to enquire.

I downloaded all the maps, the navigation shows that they are installed, but when I reboot it says that there are no maps and they are not visible on the screen, but they are in the list of downloaded ones Samsung s24 Ultra
Is it possible that the application have truck mode but there is no option to set parameters for the truck (height, width etc.)?
