Purchased for android yesterday...forgot password...can't access program. Your change pass word site doesn't work. Returns error 500 and possible down for maint. 2 days.
Very poor and a waste of money. Many destinations are coming up with no results found. Yet Google Maps has all of them
Tomtom stopped supporting an old device some years ago. I bought a Go5200. They have now stopped supporting that. Another Tomtom? NO. I bought this app for a year. Entered 2 destinations I know well to "test" the App. Margetson surgery in Sheffield. Shown on a different road about 100 metres away. Euro Car Parts, Hillsborough......Location incorrect, round a corner. If I didn't actually know these places, the App would have failed me both times. Waste of money. Google Maps & data is better.
There is no map of Kosovo. Tried to contact support, but there is no support either.
Ux is terrible
Even with the setting set to start in 3D mode, the app always starts with the map view from above if no route is planned. Why? There is a setting for 3D or 2D. Apply it! It's annoying, if I drive without a route I also want the 3D view, like I have set in the settings!
I bought for 1 month and not happy. 1- İts freezing in Android Auto. 2- In the City of Toronto, İts not using roads, İts using only streets and when the street you are on, is blocked, İts not finding alternative roads. I dont recommend to anyone.
