Hatch+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions. This will continue to give you unlimited access to content while you maintain an active subscription. Cancel anytime. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Play Store Account. Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your Play Store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

The Hatch restore and the premise are nice. I have two Hatch Restore v1. The user experience is sub par. The app is terribly slow, requires a subscription, and then you need to contact support if you want to remove one of the devices form your account.
I think it's weird that the ios app is different than the android one (looking at you color selector), but either way it works like a charm.
We have used Hatch since my son was a newborn and have been using it for 2 years. I enjoy that you can program it for nap time, night sleep, and a morning wake up
Super frustrating experience with this app and the Hatch itself so far. I have constant connectivity issues so I have to reset it all the time and reconnect to wifi. IMO you should be able to use at least the core functionality (including setting routines) without an app or wifi. Also can't adjust the start time of a routine without messing up the end time. I like the minimal look of the Hatch but I don't think the functionality is well thought out.
It takes me a couple of hours to fall asleep. Having Hatch is helping me fall sleep faster. By listening, my mind stays focused instead of anxiously wandering.
This app barley works. It's impossible to discover the paid content. Most of the time there is a delay on an action spanning minutes... Literally minutes later it will switch to something else. Setting up a routine is so unnecessarily complicated. It's a UX dumpster fire.
Works very well, taking off 1 star because I have to be within 5 feet of the unit to connect. Always been that way and we've had it for 3 years now.
