so easy to use to create a log of my symptoms. It feels like a furure investment in my health as im not menopausal yet but when Iam I will gave a bank of data for my normal cycle. This will be ao useful.

Useful for symptom tracking, but the food tracking is so vague it leads a lot to be desired.
