All around bad company to do buisness with. Invoices not provided with bills and hidden costs. $9.99 advertised price is actually nearly $25 a month! Then, they wanted to increase my rates due to inflation! They made unauthorized changes to my alarm system as I was in the process of canceling just to be a nuisance. Very unprofessional!
