Its stucture has been really useful in a difficult time to organise my thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
I just tried it and it works really well, a couple of years ago my therapist teached me how to do this exact exercise, which helped me a lot with the anxiety! If I could recommend something to improve a bit maybe it would be to add a little ai voice or just an ai helper if possible, to give ideas about the contradiction of your negative thoughts, since sometimes it can be really hard for one self to think positive when your brain is being complely a bully and you have this ideas rooted on you.
This app has done wonders for me, it challenges your mind to think in a different way. Sometimes, our mind plays tricks on us and it can be detrimental. Unstuck has helped me look at things on a different way, did the event really felt like this? Or is it just my self destructing mind running amok inside? It makes you slow down and really become present to your thinking which is essential. The step by step breakdown is very grounding.
Unstucks provides the most helpful of letting YOU work through your own thoughts and feelings (though guided) which is better than other platforms that just attempt to get you to pour rainbow and glitter over everything. The use of "positive psychology" is rather practical and minimal, which I personally appreciate.
