It's only been a week (almost) so I'm only giving 4 stars, although, as I use the app more, it will surely become 5. I appreciate the practicality, wisdom, humor, down-to-earth-ness, and relatability that I find within this app and I learn something new every time I use it.
I have been using this App, for just over two years now, while i have not reached a truly zen state, i am getting there. I really enjoy all of the sessions, and particularly the speakers. I will say as well, that i have reached out to support on the app, and they are incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for meditation excercises.
