Overall I enjoy it. Sometimes the guided instruction seems obtuse especially when discussing emotions.
It's really helpful for stress management.

Je n'avais jamais médité avant, mais les méditations dirigées de cette app sont très bien. L'accent très français me dérange un peu (désolé, je suis Québécoise et ça me rappelle un peu trop les mauvaises traductions de films) alors j'ai mis l'app en anglais pour rester concentrée. Je me sens beaucoup moins stressée depuis que j'ai commencé la méditation!
It's an excellent app, but although it has free sessions first, then for enjoy of more, you should buy, but the sessions are very Promising, and still if you don't buy, you can have a free session or a free respirstion and the first 10 sessions of Initiation that are very cool and they are about 10 minutes each, are free and since my opinion they can be listened more than only one time.
