I like the programs and all the options in the app. I have now been subscribed for several years. However, the app has been really slow for about 6 months. It keeps freezing, takes a long time loading, and some functions only work half the time.
I've been using this app for years. The amount of programs alone is worth it. The improvements that have been made keep making this app easier to use. Then there is the access to a nutritional (macro) counter and ability to message a nutritionalist and physical therapist. Fit Body has been especially useful for my pregnancies and postpartum fitness goals.

Took me a few goes to get the hang of it, and now I LOVE IT.
I love this app. The features help me keep track of everything to do w my fitness journey. From journal entries, to the calendar, to tracking my macros. Endless recipes to choose from. Access to a PT and dietitian and the coaching team. They're here for our success! The community of FBG women is absolutely amazing! If you're thinking about it, trust me, its worth it. Im a busy full time working mom of 3 and a wife and this program is my safe haven! A bug part of how I take care of myself.
