Wonderful daily emotional tracking app I love it opens up with the reminder of breathing and that the checking process is super simple, it only takes a minute or two. The prompts are helpful and so is the content. I highly recommend it and also tell my clients to use it
I've had this app a very long time and always enjoyed. Installed in on every new phone I got faithfully. Then they updated it. Now I can't type a checkin more than 1 sentence and it locks up. Developer's PLEASE fix whatever you broke.
I love this app. It's effective for mood logging and understanding your emotions better. It's helped me more than any other app! But PLEASE fix the lag issue. When I'm typing my triggers it will start to lag after a few sentences and then crash completely. If I can't write it all down that I'm feeling then I don't want to write it at all! Please fix this issue and I'll rate 5 stars for sure!!
This is such a positive, no pressure app. You can just express how you feel and do some simple relaxation excercises. Bit of journaling too..it's not "perform better!! it's more "chill out and acknowledge your feelings". I really like that. I highly recommend this app. I feel supported. Thank you 💚
Great app. Worked well for about 11 months then stopped working. I could start the app. Then it would just stop working. Wish there was a fix for this problem.
