Your first year of Balance is free to support your mental health journey. After that, Balance offers two auto-renewing subscriptions at $11.99/month and $69.99/year. These prices are for United States customers; pricing in other countries may vary.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99, which includes unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

A down-to-earth approach to meditation, easy to follow guidance and the sessions are cleverly building up on each other. I've tried two other well-known apps before, definitely this is my favourite. I haven't really explored the full offerings (sleep sounds, meditation for specific goals), just doing the basics teaching various techniques. But that's excellent.
I've only done one day but so far it has helped me fall asleep and wake up feeling more relaxed and focused. And rightnow there is a free yearly trial so it's not to be passed up on.
I started using this app when I was at my lowest and it got me through thick and thin ever since. It's like having a trustworthy friend that keeps supporting you.
Take the free year, but schedule a calendar reminder to cancel if you want. By far the best free guided meditation I've found. Has genuinely helped me manage my anxiety better.
I can't say enough good things about this app. My life has improved so much since deciding to use the free year of meditation. I decided to continue with it bc even tho u don't need anything to meditate, the customized/daily updates to the dialogue is just so nice, such a cool feature. Idk how they do it! But I love it so much. I've tried a lot of meditation apps but Balance is the superior choice for me! I'd love to be sponsored by Balance bc I really can't say enough good things about them!
