Whitney has shared her fitness journey and workouts for many years and has now designed programming to help women with their journeys. Whitney is passionate about empowering women to shape the best versions of themselves mentally and physically. This app provides customized programs and workouts to push you to your limits, helping you achieve your fitness goals and get in the best shape of your life.
Alongside Whitney, Alive has brought on experienced trainer Libby Christensen! Libby specializes in strength training and has dedicated her program to our users with goals centered around gaining muscle and building strength!
Alive was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Alive community in the process.
Features
Programs
Alive includes 17 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals.
Challenges
Alive strongly believes your mental health is just as important as your physical health and has designed 30-day challenges where those intersect. Each challenge contains daily tasks, mindful mobility, workouts, and journal prompts. These challenges will help you push your limits and uncover new habits to live a healthier day-to-day life.
Daily Workouts
Alive includes over 100 daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do.
Journey
The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way!
Subscriptions / Alive Premium
Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, Monthly and Annual. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium provides full access to the app including all programs and daily workouts.
Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. After purchase, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. You agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions by downloading and subscribing to Alive Premium.

Suddenly the ap won't load and there is no way to communicate with provider.
I love the programs in this app. I hate the app itself. The android version is inconsistent, glitches out of workouts mid routine, it crashes a lot, and customer service doesn't respond to your issues. I submitted 4 different tickets and was never helped. The response was always, "this problem was fixed in the update". It wasnt. My friend has the iOS version and has no issues. Please, PLEASE fix the android version to have the same smooth functionality so it's worth the $15/month
Love!! I absolutely love this app. It has great instructions. The videos are so helpful! I really enjoy the platform as a whole.
I love Whitney and LOVE the app BUT it won't let me start the Legs Get it program over and I thought I'd be able to. 😬 When I click on it the page is just a blank screen! The timer also messes up if I click off the app and it used to not do that.
Love the workouts and everything about the guidance right now. But app is extremely glitchy. Rest timer resets if I click on literally anything, it'll back track my workout randomly, if the app is in the background it doesn't track anything
It keeps crashing in the middle of workouts and I have to start the workout again
The app doesn't show anything, it's just a blank screen no matter how many times I try to restart it.
