I love this app. It is like a couple of fitness apps rolled into one. I found it by ordering their protein powder and greens samplers. Totally Recommend for tracking water intake, food macros, and work outs.
I really like the workouts in this app and how it does the split for me plus lays out the amount of sets & reps for each exercise. However, I'm struggling with the progress for workouts. If I mark one day's workout as complete, it marks all workouts that week as complete. It would also be great to be able to mark each exercise as complete with a progress bar or something like that
tracking here on the 1up app is still pretty new for me but so far I love it. My favorite thing is the time to reflect feature.
Should be a way to switch a workout in the daily routine ,if that person doesn't have a specific item to use. I don't have a barbell so I subbed out for dumbells.
