There isn't a way to redeem the birthday reward anymore in this app. The app links to the website, which links to the app, which links to the website, which links to the app... Both the website and the app advertise that the birthday reward is still a thing, but everything I click on gives me the runaround and sends me in useless circles. I guess Tucanos doesn't get my family's business this year.
The more they update this app, the more personal information it wants to track and store, which is not okay with me. I shouldn't need to let them store my credit card information just to accrue rewards points.

Update: Some things have been fixed. It just took some time for the update to actually be complete.. The app is terrible...used to be great.. now not at all
I updated my app and now it shows NOTHING. No points are shown at all
Says my email is not in system? Just read and email from tucanos.
Had an account and experiencing the same issues others are. It tells me that it can't find my account then tells me my email is already being used... WHICH ONE IS IT DOUCHEBAG???!!!
