My last orders were a total disaster using carriage application. Once i ordered, paid in advance, then i recieve a call after that my order was cancelled for a non logic reason. I requested a refund on spot, they said money wont be back to my account before 5 to 7 days! They hold the money and force you to use the credit from carriage wallet choosing another restaurants, which is not convenient at all. So I advise not paying in advance but on delivery only to ensure your money is safe.
