Xác thực tự động thì bị lỗi sai logic mã tỉnh, xác thực thủ công thì không gặp được nhân viên.
Trừ 1 sao vì Transaction credit chưa record những tiền đã bị trừ mà được hoàn lại nên ko biết là được hoàn hay chưa. Mình chỉ sử dụng những chức năng cơ bản nên thấy ổn áp.
Mở thẻ từ ngày 5/3 đến giờ thì không mở được lỗi tùm lum, liên hệ thì cứ bảo gửi lỗi qua email xong vẫn chả làm đc gì
Giao diện thẻ tín dụng load rất lâu hoặc không load được.

Mình bị mất thẻ tín dụng nên đã khoá thoẻ liền vì bị sử dụng thẻ trái phép. Tuy nhiên thẻ mình có số dư nợ dương nên mình đã liên lạc Cake để xử lý rút số dư hoặc xuất hành thẻ mới nhưng không có phương thức nào hoạt động được cùng lời hứa hẹn khi nào chức năng phát hành lại thẻ tín dụng mới có, và mình đã buộc phải chấp nhận bị mất luôn khoản tiền đó. Dù xài Cake rất lâu r nhưng lần này Cake làm mình rất thất vọng vì đã tin tưởng bao lâu nay!
