Worst customer suport , they are not responding at all. Do not purchase premium account!
Absolutely terrible I do not recommend it at all, paid the $15.99 for a mo premium and literally couldn't download any files whatsoever, all because they said my login password was incorrect (which it wasn't password was the same) and u think it'd be easy to get a new password, but every new password rapidgator sends me will not work, still says incorrect password and I cannot make them understand this, total waste of $$
Very bad app and service. I paid for 11 month and use not enough 4days the site block me. I sent more then 20 email with no respond until I wrote here. They just replied they are good and acting nice but the situations still same More then 72hours I still can't use. Defrost my account immediately or refund otherwise do t cheating here you won't survive once bad comment kept rise much. Order number 21054994.
