Welcome to the City of Riverside’s 311 App. This app allows you to submit service requests for common things like a clogged storm drain, code violation, removal of graffiti, park maintenance and more. You can also review submitted and closed requests and pay your Riverside Public Utilities bill right from the app.
IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 AND DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING. Though monitored, this app does not imply or ensure immediate response.
We recommend creating an account so you can access your past 311 submissions and check the status of pending requests. You can use the app without an account but you will not be able to access past submissions nor check the status of a submission.
PHOTO TIPS
If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will be sent with photos which have been taken when submitting 311 requests. If you have not enabled geolocation services, you will need to provide the address and cross street of the incident.
We request that you take photos with as much of the surrounding area as possible so that our teams can easily identify the location. You may submit multiple photos. Please do not attempt to take photos while driving.
This app is free from the City of Riverside but your carrier may charge standards rates for use of data.
Useless app now. Trying to submit a request, I get a prompt telling me to logout and login, or uninstall and reinstall app and resubmit request. And... It doesn't work after doing all those things.
Some reports are handled and some just ignored. Sidewalk parking seems to go without penalties. Dead animals get quick attention. Trash reports eventually get a response. Homeless people still leave large piles of trash and camp on sidewalks.
This app is absolutely useless. It regularly crashes, most of the time in the middle filing a report, and the photos are rarely able to be attached. If I could give zero stars I would.
Absolute trash app. I can't even submit photos with my requests because apparently the idiots who designed this app don't know how to access the geodata on the picture and think I'm outside the city.
After years, problem still exists where trying to upload a picture causes the app to crash. The app is severely outdated and needs a complete overhaul.
Location on photos doesn't always work, submitting a new request doesn't always work and necessitates uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and requests get closed without anyone actually doing anything. Horrible, buggy app.
Location on photos does not always work and should be removed as a requirement to submit photos.
