Tesla One is for Tesla employees and partners to manage their daily operations and functions.
Tesla employees can manage their daily operations ranging from customer education to customer support. Certified installers, partners, electricians, and Tesla employees can use Tesla One to prepare, install, and commission.
Not yet a Tesla partner? Check the Tesla website for information on becoming a Certified Installer, so your business can install Tesla solar and Powerwall and help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy:

Important: This app is designed exclusively to support Tesla Employees, certified installers, and partners.
The External Partner button only works once, and as a Wall Connector installer I find myself having to uninstall and reinstall the app for every charger I need to commission.
Horribly Incomplete application. Take charge rerouted back to home page after two step verification (multiple attempts with same result). Required learning when selected through outlook email send one to "coming soon" page. Just disgraceful.
A better version of Inside Tesla
The initial interface is not intuitive and the app should present a setup tutorial explaining how to set the default page, badge access, etc. After installing the app, the default page presented is not useful for the vast majority of people.
Inside Tesla in Tesla One works flawlessly on Kronos and ppe machines. They have to add forklift, printers and line badges to get 5 stars. Currently we have to use physical badge for them which does not make sense
Great app. Good for work purposes
Direct connection to a powerwall via web browser has been disabled, despite instructions being on Tesla's webpage. My powerwall tells me to "switch to Tesla Pros". This is what shows up in a search for that. The Tesla Employee button just takes me to a white screen. I am able to log in with my user account as an external partner. From there I click either Begin Install or Tesla Device Setup. In both cases it asks for SSID and password, then tells me no devices found.
