I have a OBDLink MX, not the MX+ What are the chances that support for my device will be added in the future? Was support for the OBDLink MX+ removed? I do not see it listed any longer. I will change to a 5 star review when I get a response to these two questions regardless of the actual answer.
Highly deceptive database
Drastically cuts down the time it takes to diagnose vibration issues.
Gives out different things, you can put the phone in different locations and pretty much all the car is bad. Getting a refund is very difficult. No support from their E-mail regarding the refund, very difficult to get your money back, if you want to try this app, beware you will not get a refund easily. Once I get my money back I will edit this review.
I have done 23 measurements and they all average between front tyres, rear tyres and propshaft. Each time it was something different so pinpoint one item is impossible. Ill have to recheck everything manually as it doesn't seem to be consistent and therefore I'm questioning the accuracy.
I re-purchased this again.. Now I'm not just disappointed, but angry!!! The developer (A) IS NOT TRANSPARENT + (B) IS ACTUALLY DECEPTIVE.... (A) They do not list thier database in a simple text format anywhere... (B) They advertise having models A-to-X of X,Y,Z Manufacturers and say from 1960-to-2023 from X,Y,Z Manufacturers. Yet IN REALITY, the database is just say Model C and D from 1960-to-2023... This App is plainly an overpriced grift with a bad UI and a dodgy (under)developer. Filthy mad.
Really a pretty sweet app to have in a diagnostic arsenal. Had an issue with a vibration in a customers cadillac between 21-26mph . This helped us key into the drive shaft being being the cause of this tough to narrow down vibration. Sure enough removed the drive shaft and found a seized u joint. Thank you to the apps creator for the help on this one . Worth every penny
