GoBumpr - Car Service

myTVS through gobmpr big fraudsters...Zero brain mechanics... My car AC was not working after first 15 minutes so I called up go bumper to get a service. the service personnel asked me to replace the compressor. When asked why he says that's his "experience". On spending about 25K, the car still didn't get fixed, Gave to a local service person, he resolved in an hr just had to clean up the radiator clog and they didn't send back to me, the OEM compressor too after they replaced it. Wasteful!

Their agent called me and said that, inspection will be free of cost, I asked them twice if the inspection is really free, both times they said it is 100% free of cost, then after when I visited their location at Bannerghatta road, banglore, they said me it is not free of cost and I have to pay 500 rupees. Very worst experience with them, please don't get any kind of service with them, even their staff at the outlet are very arrogant, they never respond correctly, they are very arrogant and not

Pathetic service. I had given my car for power window issue. They don't repair properly and the issue will arise again so that they can charge more. Do not recommend.

Waited for more then 2 hrs none of them attended as they way no one in the station they leave the cars opened and go for lunch can't trust and staff are very rude unhelpful overall worst experience, strongly suggest not to take their services at all.

Terrible service, utterly Useless app. Waste of money.

Worst experience at my first service. They pick my car and after that till 4 days they didn't pick my call. I tried customer care, they said like, will check and respond back in half hour. But still now I didn't get any response. I have a doubt now, I lost my car. Please don't use this app for your car service.
