Dr. Prius is an app developed to help professional Toyota/Lexus hybrid repair shop or owners to examine the health of the High Voltage battery. It turns your mobile device into a professional diagnostic equipment that usually cost thousand of dollars, it is being trusted by 439+ professional repair shops around the world.
Dr. Prius perform test and provides access to all the relevant battery information to quickly help identify problems with a simple touch on the screen of a smartphone, do not fall victim to bad battery, test the battery and print the certificate to prove the health of the battery system.
This app requires a ELM327 Bluetooth OBD interface to communicate with your hybrid vehicle, most of the cheap clone ELM327 will not work due to inability to switch between ECUs in your vehicle. It is generally NOT a good idea to use WiFi OBD2 adapter due to the interruption of the internet during the connection.

I paid for the full version, tried it once and it worked, but something happened and it doesn't work anymore... I tried with another phone and the same thing. I also tried with OBD ADAPTER NEXAS NextLink Bluetooth 5.0 and it doesn't work! Where is the problem ?

Hello, purchased the features of the app but nothing changed. When I try the features it still asks for payment
Failure to launch ... wont connect to obd consistantly
Dr Prius is not a free app. All the features are locked behind a paywall leaving you looking at a low budget UI. The app also has detected my one and only Prius as at least four different cars now. If I had bought the Personal license that means I wouldn't be able to use the app again without paying for the more expensive license as well. This app is a scam.
Great ap for the pro or the novice. Creators go above and beyond to keep this app the best for monitoring the health of your hybrid system.
No free lunch, you need to pay for every single button.
1. Auto connect OBD2 is now available at -> Settings -> Auto connect to last Bluetooth OBD2 adapter.
2. Fix bug with fan speed override running at the background.
3. Increase connection stability with Bluetooth and WiFi OBD2 adapter.
4. Fix battery test issue with new Android devices running Android 13.
