Contacted customer services no reply, can't use vouchers and asks for phone no to verify then tells me it's already in use so can't do it
The app records transactions, detailing points received towards a voucher and despite several vouchers awarded messages, after 12 points, no vouchers appear in the app. I have one very early voucher redeemed message and then no more, after the 3 subsequent vouchers had been earned. Oh and fingerprint login doesn't work any more.
Poor app. Tried countless times to link a payment card but the app can't cope. Good coffee though
The app won't event let me create an account! So, it's ironic when I go in to a Dunkin' and they ask if I have the app every time.
Your app sucks. Can't log in or sign up, says app had been deactivate. Load of tosh.
Won't even let me login.
