The digital extension of our inertial machines.

RSP APP is designed to measure the performance of training in real time via a data connection (Bluetooth technology).

Performance is measured in watts and in cycles. With these two indicators APP is able to provide users with information about the use being made of the machine and its performance.

Users can save their workouts historical and consult at any time. The APP includes presets for each of the 3 machines including connecting hardware terminal.

RSP APP WORKS WITH A ROTARY ENCODER

WIRELESS OPERATION AND AUTONOMY OF SEVERAL HOURS
Completely free of cables. Our encoder has been designed keeping in mind aspects of ergonomics and usability.It includes a long battery life and a female connector to charge it with any standard mobile phone charger (mini USB).

EASY INSTALLATION IN OUR MACHINES. PLUG IT IN AND READY
Our encoder adapts to any of our machines. His fixation is standard with three small screws. In just two minutes you can start working with it, connect it to your APP and start recording data of your work. Very easy.

SENDING DATA FOR THE ENCODER COMMUNICATES VIA BLUETOOTH
The connection to your phone via Bluetooth, fast and effective. The data collected by the encoder is sent to this bluetooth channel phone allowing you to get away as 15 meters (useful for coaches). Use bluetooth 4 (LTE)


BASIC SEQUENCE AT WORK WITH APP

CONNECT THE APP TO ONE OF OUR MACHINES
Once on the encoder, and enable Bluetooth on your phone, the APP will recognize the signal and ask you to select a machine. We also ask you to confirm your settings masses (weights). Confirmed two things you can start training.

START TRAINING OR, IF YOU WANT, WORK IN COACH MODE
Another option (useful for personal trainers and sports instructors), is to register several athletes in one work session. Add as many as you want and start to record the force values each, creating a record of the training session.


VIEW IN REAL TIME YOUR WORK PERFORMANCE.
On screen you will see the machine and mass configuration you have selected. You will also see real-time (live) the result of power each cycle time data, power and other related work session details, all in real time on your screen.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
RSP APP OFFERS OTHER MODES OF USEFUL TRAINING FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE CIRCUITS.

It is possible, once you already know the machine and your limitations with it, select a training mode based on power ranges.

The APP knows your history sessions with it and offers data about your relationship with it, your best brands and their relationship to the worst. With this information you can select modes training ranges based on maximum and minimum power, so your challenge will be to move within this range.
