Uncle Maddios Pizza

Just downloaded the app since coworkers say the food is good and there's a location near my office. I got a free reward for a cookie when registering the app but it doesn't work when applying it to my order. Already disappointed that the functionality isn't working already.

Tried to register email with phone number associated with my rewards. Tells me it's already registered. So go to forget password and it gives me an error saying account doesn't exist. Point system was down at my local Maddios and haven't received points the past 2 visits. Can't check if I have any rewards to use, either.

I found this app easy to use. When I put in my zip code, it found the closest store and I had no problems ordering my pizza. It was ready when I got there it was delicious.

Haven't been able to get into my account because ever since I changed phones (same number), I do not receive the codes that are texted to me. I tried emailing the customer service MONTHS ago about the issue and never got a response. Tried again tonight and same thing is still happening. I haven't ordered anything since and I'm about to uninstall this app which sucks cause I really like the pizza.
