Pre-ordered the 90's Nickelodeon retro bag around March 2023, and it was supposed to ship a few months later. Here we are in December, and after SEVERAL email, I've never received a response. I asked for updates, then just for a refund and nothing. They kept pushing the ship date back, so now it's too late for me to report it to my bank, so I'm out 100 bucks and pissed. They make it hard for me to trust other small businesses, and that sucks just as much as them.

I placed an order that was never received, even after the time frame of when the pre-order was set to being shipped. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I LOST ALMOST 100 BUCKS BC OF THEM AND NO BAG TO SHOW FOR IT.

I preordered the Figural Death Star bag back in April, and it's now November and I've heard nothing from them. Do not purchase anything from this seller! Horrible experience, and I will never give them my money again!

Do not give this horrible company your hard earned money. Sure, you might have a fine experience but if you're like those of us that don't you'll be out of your money. You can try to contact them but you'll never hear from them. Give your money to a different company that cares for their customers.

I ordered from them back in March 2023 and I still have yet to receive my purchase. Here it is 7 months later and they do not reply back to my emails to either resolve this issue by a refund or putting a rush on my product or anything.
