Ny state medicade requires a driver's signature as well as a client's by law. How did wellryde miss that on the app ? there is no place for a driver's signature on the wellryde app.
I use this app for work everyday. I love it and It's been great except the past couple weeks my company has been having issues logging into the app. We have to try and login 10+ times to finally get into the app. It's very irritating when your needing it. Changing my review to 2 stars. Emailed the developer with no response yet.
A large problem with the auto call system is they keep on putting in extensions which makes the phone app not recognize the telephone number or worse they add numbers in front of the area code which the phone app thinks is a country code and you wind up calling an entirely different country. There is a login connection issue right now but if you wait 1-2 minutes after your first login attempt you should be able to log in
It would really be great if y'all can get it together. Since the update or changes that y'all have been making it makes it hard to sign in when needed. It gives a error to try again and it still does not work that you have to open the playstore or whatever platform you are on uninstall the app and reinstall it just to use it. This happened every time you log out. So everyday I have to do this. It is really inconvenient. Please get it fixed.
Great tracker
Runs in background and uses up my battery only way to stop from it keep running in the background even after closing app....is to force stop the app...i have an android if someone else know how to get it to not run in back ground after closing your apps out
Needs work. Can't back out of wrong trip, Can't log in more then one trip at a time, and the cancel button needs option to send trip to another driver.
