What a mess of an app. Not designed for easy use on a phone. Far too complicated to use easily. Digital edition seems to not keep up with latest "print" version. Very close to ditching my subscription.
App could do with a bit of work but overall is good
Very disappointed with limited news.lotsApp keeps saying I should be registered fork of stuff should b available as a new member.
Keeps dropping my login, then doesn't allow you to login again!! Taking subscription every month!!
I love Rail Magazine
On first subscribing the downloads appeared on time with no problem. Then on renewing it proved impossible to login. Customer services advised uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This I did numerous times to no effect. They then said they would delete the account and ask me to re-register. On choosing the account set up option I was told my e-mail was already in use "please try another one". I have now sent 16 e-mails over the past week to no effect.
They have made this app not work properly on my device, Ican't reliably read the magazine have paid good money tobsubscribevto. They know this and are apparently looking into it. Not good enough, I suspect the looking into it means never fixing the issue. Essentially saying we have your money now go away.
