Important Note Regarding Permissions
Please note that the SNOOZ app requires access to the following services.
* Location: Android requires location permissions to be enabled for BLE scans.
* Storage: This permission is required for app to store your settings for connected SNOOZ devices.
* Microphone: This permissions is used for the nursery calibration feature, so sound levels can be measured.
OS Requirements: Requires Android OS 5.0 or higher.
Very bad app UX... No timer, very manually set up scheduling tool, if you have a scheduled timeframe and u unplug a device to me it to another room - it won't pick up a timeframe and no integration with smart homes like Alexa or Google home. This app makes no sense! Devises - good. But app makes it a hustle and unusable.
Wow, something that doesn't require a separate vendor login?! And it allows up to two phones to connect to the Snooz Pro? Awesome! Thank you, Snooz!!
It has trouble turning on & off at the correct programed times and often not at all. That needs to be fixed. That said, the product works well and we DO use it every night - and sleep much better. It's definitely a big step up from using an app on your phone w a speaker. After 3 months of nightly use, I would recommend this product.
It has been doing the job for years. I like the programmable features. Once it dawns on you to remove the power to resync/reboot on the rare occasion it is required it's smooth sailing. I use it as my alarm clock.
Same terrible app, different update. Have attempted to try & use this app for a couple of years now. I always keep it updated and it still never connects unless I do a hard reset, unplug, plug etc. I have a newer Galaxy phone with no other app issues. No I will not contact you directly as there are clearly many of us with the same issue. Please hire app developers that are experienced as this is beyond pathetic. Love the machine though.
Amazing product! I use it every night. As a musician, I have tinnitus from noise induced hearing loss. I get home late after gigs and live by a busy street where early morning noise from the workday traffic really hinders my sleeping schedule. Using SNOOZ correctly has changed my sleeping habits, and sleep times have increased. Thanks. (I have had my SNOOZ since 4/2020)
Good app. Problem is, EVERYTIME there is an UPDATE. I have to resync to my snooze device. Can't you ppl get it right the first time? Programmers???
