It is a hassle to even get the phone number of the customer service, let alone being able to reach out to them.

I need help to talk to a person . The online support isn't helpful for the issue
Looong contracts and almost impossible to contact support. All they have now is a constant logic loop in the help center but no way to contact. Update: customer service is unresponsive. Emailed them last week and never got a reply. Avoid this company

So far so good. Most of the options for customizing is available through app but all are available through the desktop PC. Everything is working great. I do see some bad reviews, but I just have the alarm system only. My camera system is Lorex. Everything so far has been very good, no false sensor trips etc. My wifi is perfect. I just hope when my 3 years is up, that I don't have issue canceling if I need too. 4 star because you can't access all the customizations through app, only through PC.
Trying to setup eqip.ent and app has crashed 3 times. Does not login just spins burning through battery.
